We are Centre )Eines(, a psychology centre in Barcelona with a team of psychologists and mental health professionals. We work with people at every stage of life: children, teenagers, adults, couples and families. We offer sessions in person in Barcelona and online.
Our integrative approach combines relational psychodynamic psychology, systemic therapy, EMDR therapy and current insights from neuroscience on emotional regulation. We adapt our work to each person’s specific needs.
We explore the roots of emotional distress to support lasting change, helping people develop their inner resources and find new ways to relate to themselves and others.

We work with children, teenagers, adults, couples and families. Our team has expertise in clinical psychology, educational psychology, neuropsychology, EMDR therapy and systemic family therapy.
Individual sessions at our psychology centre in Barcelona last approximately 60 minutes. Couples or family sessions may last between 60 and 75 minutes. The frequency of sessions is always adapted to the goals of each treatment.
The number of sessions depends on each person’s goals and progress. During the first assessment session at our psychology centre in Barcelona, we will discuss a suitable frequency and estimated duration based on your situation.
