Psychotherapist for children, adolescents, and adults, with a relational psychoanalytic orientation—an approach that focuses on the importance of emotional bonds and the relationships we develop with others. He also incorporates elements from other psychotherapeutic approaches.
In his practice, he prioritizes building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship as a foundation for the work. With younger clients, he uses play and interactive tools adapted to their age, allowing their concerns to emerge spontaneously and helping them express and understand their emotions and worries naturally.
Throughout this process, Beà considers working with the family essential: helping parents make sense of what their children are experiencing, understand them better, and develop strategies together to support them at home.
With adults, he aims to create a private, safe, and trusting space for shared reflection, exploring their inner world, identifying and healing emotional wounds, and developing practical tools for everyday life.
